¹³⁶·Tears stream [^LStreams of water come down] from my eyes,
because people do not ·obey [keep; guard] your ·teachings [instructions; laws].

¹³⁷Lord, you ·do what is right [are righteous],
and your ·laws [judgments] are ·fair [virtuous; upright].
¹³⁸·The rules [^LYour decrees/testimonies] you commanded are ·right [righteous]
and completely ·trustworthy [true; faithful].
